Mini Mandoline Slicer — 175 mm

A tiny mandoline for tiny prep jobs. This compact slicer is useful when you want thin slices of garlic, ginger, or other small ingredients without pulling out a full-size mandoline.

At 175 mm long and just 53 mm wide, it takes up very little space in a drawer and slips easily into a knife bag. The ABS plastic body holds a stainless steel blade for quick slicing over a bowl, plate, or cutting board.

In Use: Slide the ingredient across the blade, keeping your fingers clear of the cutting edge. Stop before the remaining piece becomes too small to hold safely.

Care: Wash by hand, carefully clean food residue from around the blade, and allow to dry before storing.
